The Alchemy of Dance
Reconnect to the ancient secrets of the Divine Feminine through Sacred Dance
The last card of the Tarot, the Universe, is often referred to as the Universal Dancer. It is the point where we are fully integrated with all of life and dance with the Universe. The Alchemy of Dance is the process of transmuting energy through our bodies using rhythm and movement. In this process we reconnect wit the earth and become the Universal Dancer. In this interactive workshop women will learn how to reconnect with the earth’s rhythm using dance as a spiritual practice. Various methods such as visualization, kinetics as well as transmission are used to achieve this connection. Because the movements themselves are very basic to our nature anyone can learn them, you need not be a dancer or have any dance experience.

Join us on a journey of descent to the limitless and creative aspects of your soul.
We are all very familiar with the Hero’s Journey. It is written about in all types of mythology. As women living in these times we too take the archetypal hero’s journey. We go out in the world and ‘make’ something of ourselves and return home to be acknowledged. But there is another journey often neglected or spoken about in a negative way that is the Heroines Journey, a journey that takes us deep inside ourselves to the ‘underworld’. In this 4 hour workshop we will explore that journey, its impact in our development as well as its importance to the feminine psyche. We will discuss the journeys relationship to the neglected aspects of the Divine Feminine as well as its importance for all of humanity. This workshop will be interactive and experiential. We will create a sacred space for participants to safely explore these deep aspects within themselves.
